The company was licensed in the Dubai Airport Freezone in May 2024 under Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), holding three activities in a single entity: commercial brokerage, general investments management and operation, and managing office.
That combination is the point. Introducing a counterparty, managing the position that follows and administering the entity that holds it are usually split across three providers. Keeping them together removes the handovers where information goes missing.
